For anything to do with an order, your account, a payment, or a delivery, email support@bellpepper.shop. Include your order code if you have one. Never send card or bank details.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from Settings in the Bell Pepper Market app. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address on your account.
Payments and payouts
Stripe handles customer payments and farmer payouts. We may ask for an order code or a Stripe account reference to look into something. We will never ask for your password or your full card number.
Getting the app
Bell Pepper Market is an iPhone app, in beta for customers and farms in Hillsdale, Michigan. If you cannot install it or sign in, email us and we will sort it out.
Selling on Bell Pepper
If you run a farm near Hillsdale and want to sell here, email us with your farm name, roughly what you grow, and where you deliver.
