Product descriptions, photographs, nutritional information, ingredient lists, allergen disclosures, and certification claims (e.g., organic, non-GMO) are provided solely by the individual Farmers and have not been independently verified, tested, or confirmed by the Company. The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information provided by Farmers.
2. Food Safety Notice
Agricultural and perishable products carry inherent risks. By using the Platform and purchasing products, Customers should be aware that:
- Fresh produce and all perishable goods should be inspected immediately upon delivery for signs of damage, spoilage, or temperature abuse;
- All perishable products should be stored at appropriate temperatures in accordance with standard food safety guidelines and any storage instructions provided by the Farmer;
- All fresh produce should be washed thoroughly before consumption;
- Products may contain or may have come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to: tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame;
- Individuals with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions must verify all ingredient and allergen information directly with the Farmer before placing an order and before consuming any product;
- Pregnant women, elderly individuals, young children, and immunocompromised individuals should exercise heightened caution with raw, unpasteurized, or minimally processed foods;
- Consumption of raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs, or unpasteurized milk products may increase the risk of foodborne illness;
- The Company does not guarantee that any product is free from allergens, contaminants, or pathogens.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes or is intended to constitute professional medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice. For specific dietary needs, food allergy management, health conditions, or other professional matters, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, attorney, or other licensed professional as appropriate.
