Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, or ordinance;
Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of the Company or any third party;
Transmit or upload any harmful code, including viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, another user's account, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Platform;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or similar tools) to access, monitor, index, or copy any content from the Platform without the Company's express prior written consent;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Platform or its infrastructure;
Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, creating fake orders, or exploiting pricing errors;
Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security measures, access controls, or technological protection measures on the Platform;
Collect, harvest, or store personal information of other users without their consent;
Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, advertising, or spam.

All content you submit to the Platform, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, messages, photographs, and product listings, must:

Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
Not contain defamatory, libelous, abusive, harassing, threatening, or intimidating language;
Not contain obscene, pornographic, offensive, or discriminatory material;
Not promote or incite illegal activities, violence, or hatred;
Not impersonate any person, entity, or brand;
Not contain spam, unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or solicitation not authorized by the Company.

Reviews help other customers choose a farm. To keep them honest, you agree that you will not:

Post false, fabricated, or misleading reviews;
Post reviews for products you did not purchase through the Platform;
Post reviews in exchange for compensation, discounts, free products, or other incentives from any party;
Manipulate ratings through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated activity, or other artificial means;
Use reviews as a vehicle to harass, threaten, or defame Farmers or other users;
Solicit other users to post reviews on your behalf or on behalf of a Farmer.

The Company reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

Investigate suspected violations of this AUP using available technical and legal means;
Remove, disable, or restrict access to any content that violates this AUP;
Issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP;
Report violations to applicable law enforcement authorities and cooperate with their investigations;
Pursue any and all legal remedies available to the Company.
